The project is a particular note to Hong Kong (and other megacities), characterized by the concrete spectacles but also the extreme individuation. It is the juxtaposition of the inconspicuous and the enormous, the transient and the permanent, the secluded and the open, that may portray the reality of the city, a restless urban fractal in explosion and involution.
